Gift Certificate Redemption:

In shop: bring the certificate with you to the shop to redeem the gift.
Online: Once you have chosen an arrangement, use the Personal Florist option to order. Fill in the fields as needed. In the instructions, include the name of the arrangement you’d like and indicate that you are redeeming a gift certificate. We will finish the ordering process for you.

“Why?” You say. The gift card needs to be deducted from your order in a particular way to satisfy the taxing-powers-that-be. We will be working to set up our check-out process to do this correctly. For the time being, we are happy to conclude the transaction from our end! Thank you so much for your understanding!
